Infusion supports multiple types of budgets enabling the user to create multiple budgets for the one financial year. For example:

• Financial Year 2020-21                                Wet Season Budget
• Financial Year 2020-21                                Dry Season Budget
• Financial Year 2020-21                                Drought Season Budget

To add a Budget Type select Edit from the toolbar, then select + Add. Provide a short Code and Name for the budget type and select Save.

You can use the icon on the left to drag and drop custom budget types into a different order. The default budget type cannot be moved.

You can use the icons on the right to add a new budget type above or below that line.

 You can delete a budget type if there are no budgets set up to use it. To delete a budget type, select the line, then select the spill menu, then Delete.

  If you try to delete a budget type which is in use, or has been used in the past, you will get this error after clicking Delete:
